My background reflects over 20 years of Buddhist practice, more than a decade of clinical work across crisis and private settings, and I'm pursuing advanced doctoral research in psychology. Clients often come to me when they are ready for a space that can hold complexity—whether it’s trauma, identity, meaning, or the unconscious patterns that keep repeating. Together we work at the intersection of depth psychology, existential philosophy, and contemplative practice.
