About Sophie

I prefer to provide clear and honest mental health counseling and will include you on the process of your therapy every step of the way: your diagnosis, my observations, and your treatment goals. I also love teaching folks living with ADHD skills-based learning derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have an eclectic mix of other theories which I can draw from to help you make progress. I provide individual adult therapy for those who come from many different backgrounds, ethnicities/cultures, and identities, ages 18 to 64, including those diagnosed with MDD, GAD, ADHD, ASD, Bipolar II Disorder, and PTSD.
