Semi L. Grey is a BIPOC clinician and Clinical Manager at Portal Wellness Collective, serving communities across Oregon and Washington with a deep commitment to social justice, decolonization, and culturally grounded care. As a Native Hawaiian and Romanian provider, Semi brings lived experience, community-rooted perspective, and a liberation-focused lens to every aspect of her clinical leadership and therapeutic practice.
Her work integrates Gestalt therapy’s emphasis on present-moment awareness with EMDR’s capacity for trauma resolution, supporting clients in reclaiming agency, embodiment, and connection. Semi’s approach centers relational healing, systemic analysis, and the recognition that personal transformation is inseparable from collective liberation. She is dedicated to creating spaces where clients—especially those from marginalized identities—can explore their stories with dignity, curiosity, and choice.
In her role as a clinical manager, Semi supports clinicians in developing ethical, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive practice. Her leadership is grounded in mentorship, transparency, and a commitment to reshaping mental health systems to better serve diverse communities. Across all settings, Semi’s work reflects a steady devotion to healing justice and to expanding access to affirming, trauma-informed care throughout the Pacific Northwest.
