My therapeutic style is integrative with an IFS (Internal Family Systems) lens. I am very interactive, and I am transparent and will let clients know what I am thinking. I want my clients to let me know if that is off the mark for them, as I trust the client knows their inner system best and that is a resource for our work. I provide a compassionate presence as clients explore the issues they struggle with. I help clients to gain a better perspective around their current life struggles, their own role in those struggles, and their ability to access more inner support, clarity and peace.
