Sunny Broadhead

My role is to help you make sense of the stories and emotions shaping your present, and to support you in creating new strategies that align with who you are and how you want to live. I enjoy working with folks who are ready to move toward more confidence, self-compassion, and meaningful connection.

You may be feeling disconnected, stuck in repeating patterns, or weighing impactful decisions. You might long for more ease in your relationships, a deeper sense of connection, or simply a path forward. In our work together, you’ll find a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where your experiences, relationships, and values are honored.

My approach draws on (EFT), Somatics, Narrative Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Mindfulness. I work with both individuals and couples, and I often support clients in the poly, ethically non-monogamous, Queer, and neurodivergent communities. Transparency, accountability, and a little humor are central to my practice.

Navigating the world and your place in it is challenging—especially if you haven’t always had the guides, examples, or spaces you needed. Together, we’ll work to understand the complex puzzle that is you, and build new ways forward that help you feel more connected, confident, and supported.
