I work with teens, adults, and relationship configurations of all kinds who are seeking affirming care for their unique needs including struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma tied to systemic oppression. Clients are often desiring to move beyond simply managing symptoms and beginning to reclaim their narrative, finding empowerment through self-compassion, healing their interpersonal relationships, reimagining what it means to live in community, and rebuilding a relationship with the Earth.
