I am a resident psychologist working towards licensure in the state of Oregon supervised by David Kays, PsyD.

Therapy is a vulnerable process. My hope is that together we can create a secure environment for us to tackle even the most painful and discomforting topics. My practice is centered around walking with clients as they take charge of their narratives and seek to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I offer therapy to adult clients, with particular specialties in early childhood trauma, major life transitions, and personal growth and exploration. I have also received training in addiction recovery from a trauma-informed lens.

I encourage my clients to speak as openly and freely as possible, particularly about the concerns that brought them here. I listen attentively and with curiosity to what you share. With empathy and kindness, I offer reflections on what I am hearing and bring your attention to things that may be outside your awareness.
