If you’re struggling with life stress, major transitions, anxiety, eating/body/exercise issues, depression or other mental health concerns, you deserve the time and space to process. I’ve specialized in eating disorders, substance use and comorbid disorders for the past decade and would love to help meet you wherever you fall in your journey toward getting well. I have also served as director at several adult and adolescent eating disorder residential programs which lends to my knowledge of the field at every level of care.
