I offer virtual mental health therapy, spiritual coaching and life coaching and hypnosis in OR & VA (virtual: phone or video). I specialize in somatic therapy, universal spirituality, nature therapy, self-forgiveness, self-love, radical acceptance, & inner child healing for people with anxiety, chronic illness, trauma & relationship challenges. I help clients love and forgive themselves using their miraculous power to heal from within. I use IFS (Internal family systems), intuition, somatic therapy, mindfulness, guided meditation, radical acceptance and humor. I'm passionate about helping people deepen into unconditional love through their own individualized spirituality. I am familiar with ACIM, Buddhism & other nondual philosophies. Clients describe me as calm, compassionate and out of the box.
I will soon be licensed in Florida and offering in person therapy in Gainesville, FL.
