I have particular experience with ADHD assessment and treatment. If you’ve been struggling with attention, focus, organization, procrastination, impulsivity, or executive functioning—or have wondered whether ADHD could explain challenges you’ve experienced for years—I can provide a comprehensive ADHD evaluation and help you better understand your symptoms. When clinically appropriate, I prescribe and manage both stimulant and non-stimulant medications for ADHD, with careful follow-up to find an approach that is effective and well tolerated.

I also provide medication management for depression, anxiety, PTSD, sleep difficulties, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. I recognize that psychiatric treatment is not one-size-fits-all. We’ll consider your symptoms, health history, previous medication experiences, concerns, lifestyle, and goals when deciding together what treatment makes sense for you.

My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable asking questions, and actively involved in decisions about your care. Whether you’re starting treatment, transferring from another provider, or looking for a fresh perspective on a treatment plan that hasn’t been working as well as you’d hoped, I’m here to help.

I offer convenient telehealth appointments throughout Oregon as well as in-person appointments through Well Coast Medical. Many major insurance plans are accepted, and initial appointments are typically available within one week.

If you’re ready to get answers and explore treatment options that can help you feel and function better, I invite you to schedule an appointment. You don’t have to figure out the next step on your own—we can start with a conversation about what you’re experiencing and what you’d like to change.
