About

Accepting New Clients — Children, Teens, Adults, Couples & Families

I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals and families navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting stress, grief, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space where clients can slow down, process their experiences, and reconnect with themselves.

I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, somatic approaches, art therapy techniques, and play therapy techniques to support healing and meaningful change. With a background in massage therapy, I bring a body-centered perspective that supports emotional and nervous system regulation alongside traditional talk therapy.

As a mother of three, I understand the realities of caregiving, life transitions, and balancing the many demands of everyday life. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families across a variety of settings.

I offer therapy in Portland, Newberg, and through telehealth throughout Oregon.
