I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps safely process trauma, rebuild trust in oneself, and create lasting emotional shifts. I believe healing happens through connection—with ourselves, others, and the stories that shape us. For over 30 years, I’ve walked alongside adults navigating trauma, grief, recovery, and life’s deeper transitions. I offer a warm, compassionate space to slow down, listen inward, and move forward with greater clarity and ease. I work with individuals of all ages, including older adults, survivors of suicide loss, and those recovering from substance use or facing end-of-life concerns. In-person therapy coming February 2026 in the Portland metro area.
