I feel deeply honored to walk alongside individuals from all backgrounds as they navigate challenges such as , relational anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship stress, and major life transitions. While the reasons people seek counseling vary, one common thread I often see is the presence of unresolved shaping experiences or trauma.

As a mental health counselor, I specialize in helping people understand how past experiences — especially trauma — affect their present. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps process painful memories and break free from stuck emotional problems as well as CBT, DBT and Narrative Therapy.

You can expect a supportive, safe, and trauma-informed environment where you decide and steer the direction we go and what is important for you to work on. I strive to empower and celebrate clients to decide for themselves what works and what doesn't work for them. Client's often describe me as easy going, fun, effective, unflinching and human.
