About Grace

I compassionately serve individuals navigating toxic relationships while improving relationship skills. We aim to overcome childhood trauma/abuse/negative family dynamics. Many of the clients I work with struggle with conflict and resentment, I’m passionate about helping couples improve their communication using emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to build, stronger, healthier relationships. Other areas of focus include reducing anxiety, navigating pregnancy, birth, postpartum, infertility and eliminating suicidal thoughts/self-harm. I work with teens who are being bullied or struggling with family concerns.
