About Kristin
If you're looking for an empathetic and accepting space to work from the challenges you're currently experiencing towards the resilient person you are becoming, I would be honored to support you in your journey. In therapy with me, you can expect an open, compassionate space to engage in your mental health care. In my practice, I work with children, teens, families, couples, and individuals.
My therapeutic approach is primarily relational, compassion-driven, and person-centered. I ground my work in attachment theory, hold a systemic orientation, and draw from Satir's Model of Therapy. I also specialize in Child-Centered Play Therapy for clients aged 3 to 10 years old who are experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
