About
I’m an EMDR therapist in Oregon working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and high sensitivity. Many of my clients are deep feelers in their 20s and 30s who are overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by traumatic experiences.
Anxiety and trauma can make everyday life feel exhausting. You may find it hard to relax in quiet moments, even when you’re completely drained. If you are as a highly sensitive person, you may feel easily overstimulated, deeply affected by others’ emotions, or on edge. While anxiety and trauma can affect anyone, highly sensitive people often experience them more intensely. The good news it, it’s possible with the right support to feel more calm and grounded.
My approach is warm, holistic, and conversational. I use EMDR and talk therapy to help process past experiences, build greater acceptance, and feel more at peace in the present. I respect that you are the expert of your own life, and view counseling as a space to untangle the root of your struggles while offering supportive tools when needed.
