About Grace

I’m an EMDR therapist in Oregon working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and high sensitivity. Many of my clients are deep feelers in their 20s and 30s who are overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by traumatic experiences. 
 
Anxiety and trauma can make everyday life feel exhausting. You may find it hard to relax in quiet moments, even when you’re completely drained. If you are as a highly sensitive person, you may feel easily overstimulated, deeply affected by others’ emotions, or on edge. While anxiety and trauma can affect anyone, highly sensitive people often experience them more intensely. The good news it, it’s possible with the right support to feel more calm and grounded.
 
My approach is warm, holistic, and conversational. I use EMDR and talk therapy to help process past experiences, build greater acceptance, and feel more at peace in the present. I respect that you are the expert of your own life, and view counseling as a space to untangle the root of your struggles while offering supportive tools when needed.

Clinical Supervisor
I provide clinical supervision for CSWAs in Oregon. My work as a Clinical Supervisor is informed by 7 years of post-grad experience working as therapist with adults in agency, group, and private practice settings.

My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and reflective, while giving direct and honest feedback to support your work. My goal is to create a space where supervisees feel comfortable asking questions, discussing challenges, exploring clinical decision-making, and identifying areas for growth without fear of judgment.

My rate for individual clinical supervision is $120 per hour, and a discount is available for those working in community mental health settings. If you are interested in supervision, please contact me to schedule a consultation.
