About Emelia

Are you taking care of everyone else but yourself. Do you find that you have to keep busy all the time, or else it feels like you’re wasting time. Are the emotions so much bigger than you can handle, and yet people just tell you “it is not that big of a deal.” Is it hard keeping friendships, because you find that you do all the communication. Get the emo playlist ready, and let’s dig into that shit together. I can help to reduce the hold anxiety and depression has on you.

Therapy for Creatives, Musicians & Writers. I also work with clients who struggle with: codependency, anxiety, life transitions, OCD, and adoption triad concerns.

I started my career in psychology and counseling when I experienced a suicide in my family. It gave me the courage to make changes for myself, and help people around me who were also suffering grief, loss, and depression. I'm an advocate of mental health issues, a proud adoptee, and a supporter of the arts. I have a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been working with individuals, teens, and families for over 10 years
