Welcome! It is my goal to make the client feel their voice is heard. All walks of life are welcome in this non-judgmental, confidential, and healing space. I use an open, down to earth, individual centered approach. I work with individuals of all ages from 8 yrs of age up into late life. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 17 years and feel it has served to assist with a more well rounded view of my clients and a better understanding of their concerns. Services are offered in Oregon via telehealth only. I work with clients with a variety of diagnoses and concerns including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, chronic illness, adjustment concerns, family conflicts, bariatric counseling, marital conflicts, self-esteem, women's issues, men's issues, etc. It is my belief that finding the right therapist is imperative for the therapeutic process to be a truly positive and healing experience; questions are welcome!
