I believe everyone deserves kindness, care, and unconditional positive regard. These values are at the heart of my work as a therapist, and I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, affirmed, and empowered to cultivate greater self-love, self-compassion, and self-care.

I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. Building an environment grounded in safety, trust, collaboration, and authenticity is deeply important to me. For over a decade, I’ve worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I’ve also supported families experiencing communication difficulties, parenting concerns, and relationship challenges. I’m especially passionate about helping clients explore and strengthen their sense of identity, including cultural, racial, and gender identity.

I strive to practice with cultural humility and compassion, continually learning and growing so I can better support the diverse experiences of the people I work with. My goal is to help clients feel seen, understood, and empowered as they move toward healing and greater connection with themselves and others.
