I am certified in EMDR and use a variety of therapeutic methods such as cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, acceptance and commitment, developmental, interpersonal therapies, and even a little humor. We all have moments in our lives when we feel stuck, disconnected, or out of balance. During this time of global uncertainty, reaching out for support is more important than ever. I strive to create an environment where individuals, couples and families feel supported and heard.
