About Antonia
Hello there, my name is Antonia.
With over 19 years as a practicing therapist, I bring both a depth of experience and genuine care to my therapeutic practice. My approach is mindfulness-based, trauma-informed and derives from the perspective that the body, mind and spirit are deeply interconnected. I believe that we all have the innate capacity to experience vitality, joy and wholeness. My work involves guiding individuals to tap into this potential, and fully realize their own inner-strength, truth, beauty and wisdom. I place an importance on therapist-client collaboration, and I provide a safe, inclusive and non-judgmental space. I am LGBTQ2SIA+ affirming.
I utilize mindfulness and somatic-based psychotherapies as well as EMDR, positive psychology, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapies that promote self-awareness, healing, integration and self-compassion.
