Welcome! I offer body centered, trauma-informed therapy for elders, adults, and teens grappling with eating disorders, body image, sociopolitical stress, caregiver burnout, trauma, divorce, parenting, neurodivergence, divesting from high control groups/cults and identity formation at any stage of your life. If you're overwhelmed, questioning who you are, feeling "too much," or struggling to move past pain or trauma, I offer a grounded, compassionate and affirming space to help you make peace with your body, ease suffering, and rediscover balance. My passion is helping you understand, accept, and trust yourself more fully.
