Life can feel overwhelming and you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to help you discover the tools, strategies, and perspectives that can make a difference in your life and relationships. Therapy is a journey, and I walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique experience. You are the expert in your own life- within you lies the wisdom of healing. Together, we’ll explore what you need, create clarity about the growth you are seeking, and find practical steps to move you forward. Envisioning and creating meaningful change is possible.
I specialize in family systems, complex trauma, and relationships. I work with individuals, parents with adolescents, and teens. Often, I work with people going through big transitions or changes. I am affirming of LGBTQ+, neurodivergence, and work hard to bring cultural humility into the room.
My approach integrates principles of mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Ecopsychology, ACT, SERT, PMT, and Interpersonal Neurobiology. To those seeking help, those acronyms may not mean much- what's important for you to know is that being with other humans, deeply listening, and helping you find ways to reduce suffering will always come first.
