Jason Blevins

Jason is a Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon, practicing under clinical supervision, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and recognition as a National Certified Counselor. He provides therapy for adults experiencing trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, anger, emotional reactivity, burnout, and relationship difficulties.

Jason works especially well with individuals, professionals, first responders, veterans, and others who are used to carrying a lot while struggling to slow down, feel in control, or stay connected in their relationships. His approach is direct, grounded, and practical, while also making space for the deeper experiences that often drive current symptoms and patterns.

As an EMDR-trained therapist and combat veteran, Jason brings both clinical skill and a strong understanding of how high-stress experiences can affect the nervous system, identity, relationships, and day-to-day functioning. He helps clients move beyond simply managing symptoms toward developing greater emotional control, clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
