As of February 1, 2026, PacificSource is no longer the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) coordinated care organization (CCO) for Lane County. The Oregon Health Authority moved roughly 96,000 Lane County Oregon Health Plan members from PacificSource Community Solutions to Trillium Community Health Plan on February 1, 2026, after PacificSource chose not to renew its Lane County CCO contract, citing losses on state reimbursement. PacificSource still offers commercial and Medicare plans across Oregon and continues as a CCO in some other regions, so PacificSource commercial coverage is unaffected.
