The Importance of the Return

  • Grounding: Providing somatic tools to calm the nervous system post-ego dissolution or confronting ontological shock.
  • Behavioral Application: Identifying specific, actionable steps to change real-world behavior based on insights had during neuroplastic windows.
  • Harm Reduction: Providing a non-judgmental space for support, ensuring physical and psychological safety post-journey.

When to Seek an Integration Therapist

You do not need to be actively undergoing KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy) to see an integration therapist. Many individuals seek these specialized clinicians after participating in legal Oregon Psilocybin Service Centers, attending international retreats, or completing unguided experiences.
