I have to come to view the majority of human suffering through the lens of the AIP model, the foundational principle behind EMDR treatment. Email is best, not calls! I work most often with anxiety, trauma, depression, interpersonal relationships, life changes, work-related stress, and chronic pain. I take a very practical approach to helping you find peace and healing with your struggles. This is a safe, non-judgmental place to receive validation, support, feedback, and proactive help. Email is best to reach me, not phone, as phone calls disturb sessions and I don't have office staff to help me respond in a timely fashion.
