We offer EMDR, IFS, ART, and other evidence-based models of care. Wholehearted Counseling provides virtual therapy for adults and teens across Oregon. We specialize in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care for survivors of trauma, including sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and neglect. Many of the folks we work with identify as LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and/or highly sensitive.

Medication Management
Wholehearted Counseling offers psychiatric medication management and medication-assisted treatment through our licensed prescribers, April Cathaway, PMHNP and Simona Borza, PMHNP. We serve clients across Oregon via in-person and telehealth.
Clinical Supervisor
Clinical supervision provided by Rachelle Spindler, LPC, LCADC; Elizabeth McMahan, LPC; Anna Schamp, LPC; and Erin Taylor, LCSW. Wholehearted Counseling supports pre-licensed clinicians within a trauma-informed, relational group practice.
