In my nearly three decades as a therapist, I've come to appreciate how resilient people really are. I've learned that meaningful change often begins as people begin to make sense of their experiences, and learn how those experiences have shaped their lives.

Many of the clients I work with are gaining a deeper understanding of how early life experiences, attachment patterns and traumatic events continue to shape their lives. As they begin to make sense of these experiences, they often recognize how they've influenced the way they see themselves, relate to others and respond to the world around them. Many have spent years feeling unsafe, different, overwhelmed or misunderstood. Others find themselves at a point in life where what once helped them cope no longer does, leaving them feeling stuck, disconnected or unsure of how to move forward.

A significant focus of my practice is working with adults with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, including those diagnosed later in life. Many of my clients are discovering in adulthood that ADHD, or other aspects of their neurodivergence, help explain struggles they've carried for years.

I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual client, and that there is no one size fits all approach… no two people have the same story. My approach is warm, collaborative and practical. Together, we'll work to better understand what has brought you to this point, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you and find practical approaches that work best for you.
