Are you overwhelmed and and exhausted? Are you feeling stuck in patterns that are limiting you such as addiction, depression, anxiety or relationship trouble? If so, they may be related to attachment and or trauma. At The Portland Attachment & Trauma Healing Center we use an integrated approach that incorporates interpersonal Neurobiology. We use effective right-brained therapy protocols such as Lifespan Integration and Attachment Focused EMDR to help build self-empathy and self-compassion. We can help. Just give us a call!
