Clients can choose from various modalities: play, art and sand tray therapies, outdoor therapy, talk therapy, trauma therapy and EMDR. I am passionate about well-being. For some, that might mean healing from trauma or growth into the person you want to become. It might mean understanding how to have a happier, healthy relationship with a parent, partner or child. I believe that every person is worthy of a life that is fully-alive and I am dedicated to partnering with people in their journey toward their vision of well-being.
