I believe that every person holds the capacity for change and growth. I also believe that there is an intricate interaction between the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual aspects within every person and that imbalance in any or all of these areas can lead to distress, disrupt family functioning, prevent change or stunt growth. My role as a counselor is to help you explore, evaluate and gain insight into these areas of the self as well as help you learn new techniques and skills that help you manage intense emotions and responses.
