I specialize in a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR, somatic and embodiment-focused therapies, IFS-informed methods, trauma-focused cognitive and mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT to support emotional, relational, and physiological well-being. I am passionate about helping individuals develop tools for resilience, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate lasting change. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inherent capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma (both complex and single-event), attachment challenges, OCD, dissociative disorders, grief, mood-related concerns, and other life challenges. My approach is person-centered and tailored to the unique needs of each person.
