About Shawn

I come along side my clients to help with healing from personal and emotional issues that interfere with their well-being. My hope is to encourage the growth and recovery process. I use Adlerian therapy to help resolve past issues and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy to teach coping skills and healthier ways of thinking and feeling. I believe there is a reason for all issues including depression, anxiety, low self-worth and trauma and I help with discovering that and creating a plan to resolve them. I enjoy helping a person become more capable of making choices and decisions that align with their personal goals.
