Shangri-La is a culturally sensitive and trauma informed clinic, with a diverse range of therapists to suit a client base from a wide range of backgrounds to the best of our abilities. We do eclectic work ranging from everyday life stressors to pervasive and persistent major mental health conditions. Our clinic strives to support individuals in the goals they want to work on. During your assessment process, in addition to learning what specific symptoms and concerns you have, we will work collaboratively with you to determine how you want to work on them, and how you personally measure success.
