I'm dedicated to helping you navigate through life's most challenging chapters. My approach is centered on creating a collaborative, compassionate space where we can work together to foster resilience and find a path forward that feels authentic to you.
I earned my PhD in Human Development and Family Studies from Iowa State University in 2017, and my master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2012.
My clinical experience has included working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, significant life transitions, and acute psychological distress.
I draw from approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-informed practices.
Together, we'll determine what is most helpful for you—whether that's learning practical skills for emotions, processing past experiences, or finding a way to move forward through uncertainty.
You don’t have to wait for the "right time" or until you have the right words before reaching out. I'm here when you're ready no matter where you're at in your journey.
