We're trained in Play Therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, Family Systems, Couples Therapy and more. We have openings NOW! Are you or a loved seeking mental health support and growth and in need of an advocate to reach your goals for change? Selah Counseling & Wellness provides child, teen, adult and couples/family mental health therapy, and acupuncture services, to create a space for holistic healing. Our clinicians are experienced in treating a variety of outpatient mental health level of care, with no imminent crisis services required. We refer out suicidal intent, psychosis/hallucinations & substance abuse as the primary concerns or those with higher needs to community providers to best meet their higher level of need.
