I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed -CBT, Flash Technique, EMDR, Mindfulness and somatic awareness/approach, Narrative, Informed Internal Family Systems, as well as art expressions. I believe that everyone is born with an authentic self that sometimes becomes wounded at any age. Our innate trust can get injured and this burden carries into adulthood making it difficult to trust others and/or ourselves, feeling disconnected, and stuck. Together, in collaboration, we can strive to guide you back to your holistic authentic self, one that is confident and at peace, feeling connected to the world around you.
