Together, we will create a strategy, and use powerful tools like EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, IFS, art and body work to help you create lasting transformation you can feel. High performers, leaders, helpers, and the “good” guy/girl look like they have it all together but often deal with anxiety and burnout, and long for more meaningful relationships. The burden of achieving results, the loneliness of leadership, and chronic stress of helping everyone can feel crushing, and even lead to chronic pain, migraines or autoimmune disease. Imposter syndrome, perfectionism and people pleasing take a huge toll on our relationships and how we feel about ourselves. In therapy, you’ll have a safe space to rest, recover from old wounds and the patterns that no longer serve you, and to leave feeling renewed!
