Maybe you and/or your family have suffered a loss or trauma that impacts everything. Things can get better! I provide nurturing, customized, and effective psychotherapy to children and adults. I offer in person and telehealth. I offer play therapy in a room dedicated to children. Clients tell me they experience full acceptance, empathy, and positive change in our work together, and children love coming! Together we find strategies for change to make life better.
