Therapy is a place where you can drop the filter and say the hard things out loud. If you’re here, you may be looking for a therapist for yourself or your closest relationships. Do you notice certain patterns keep showing up in relationships (or within yourself) even if you look "fine" on the outside? You're in the right place. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. I’ve been on both sides of the couch, and I know it takes courage to show up. My goal is to create a space that feels authentic, supportive, and rooted in curiosity. Like talking to someone who gets it (with some tools to help you move forward).
 
Sessions with me are collaborative and human. I don’t expect you to be a robot, and neither am I. I’m here for the real stuff, and I’m also happy to hear about your new favorite recipe. I’m less interested in quick fixes and more curious about what’s underneath; understanding it and connecting the dots.
 
I work with individuals, couples, and families with a specialty in navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, identity shifts, body image, and the impact of high-performing or religious environments. Some clients have clear goals; others just know something feels off. However you show up, we'll start there.
