I’ve been on both sides of the couch, and I know it takes courage to show up. My goal is to create a space that feels authentic, supportive, and rooted in curiosity. Like talking to someone who gets it (with some tools to help you move forward).
Sessions with me are collaborative and human. I don’t expect you to be a robot, and neither am I. I’m here for the real stuff, and I’m also happy to hear about your new favorite recipe. I’m less interested in quick fixes and more curious about what’s underneath; understanding it and connecting the dots.
