About Natalie

I believe we all carry an innate wisdom that helps us navigate life’s challenges. Often, the answers we’re searching for already exist within us, but fear, shame, and cultural conditioning can disconnect us from our truth. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself, reclaim your voice, and remember your capacity to heal and thrive.

I view our wounds not as flaws to fix, but as messengers offering insight and opportunity for growth. Shame, in particular, can keep us stuck in cycles of self-doubt, disconnection, and avoidance. Together, we create space to approach these experiences with compassion and curiosity so healing, clarity, and transformation become possible.

My approach is grounded in warmth, acceptance, and trust in your inner knowing. I help clients cultivate a deeper sense of safety within themselves so they can move through life with greater authenticity, empowerment, and self-trust.

I integrate evidence-based modalities including ACT, DBT, and IFS, while also incorporating spiritual and holistic practices when aligned with a client’s needs and beliefs. As a Reiki Master and Spiritual Death Doula, I may weave energetic healing, intuitive guidance, and inner child work into the therapeutic process. Inner child healing is especially meaningful to my work, as it can foster profound self-compassion, emotional healing, and lasting change.

Clients often leave therapy with stronger boundaries, more authentic relationships, increased emotional resilience, greater confidence in decision-making, and a renewed connection to themselves, their intuition, and their values.

If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you in your healing journey. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
