Hi I am Martin, a practicing therapist for the past 10 years ready to assist you in navigating through difficult life challenges and emotional strife. Whether you are struggling with a life transition, looking to manage difficult mood and anxiety symptoms, or struggling with trauma or loss I am here to help. The decision to enter therapy is not to be taken lightly as being vulnerable and talking about difficult topics needs to be received with compassion, understanding and an individualized approach.
