You may understand why something happens, and in the moment it can still run automatically. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDRIA Certified Therapist, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who helps adults recognize those patterns and build new ways of responding. My work combines insight-based understanding with embodied, experiential approaches, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, attachment-focused work, and CBT, all grounded in a strength-based perspective. I work with trauma, PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, and stress. Sessions are 50 minutes by telehealth for adults across Oregon, with a free 15-minute phone consultation to see whether we're a good fit.
