About Loryn

I incorporate EMDR, expressive arts, play therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and attachment and somatic-based practices into I currently have availability for couples. In my work with clients I focus on reducing negative beliefs and upsetting emotional responses, strengthening relationships, increasing mindfulness, and processing life events.
