Telehealth across Oregon.
You may look capable on the outside while feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself underneath.
Many of the people I work with are high-masking and late-identified autistic or ADHD adults who have spent years over-functioning, pushing through, and meeting expectations—only to feel exhausted and unsure of who they are beneath it all.
You may understand yourself well intellectually, but still feel stuck in the same internal patterns.
If therapy has felt like more pressure to “fix” yourself or think your way out of distress, you may be looking for something different.
I offer a nervous-system-aware, expressive arts approach that goes beyond conversation.
Alongside talking, we may use image, movement, writing, or other creative processes to access what words alone haven’t shifted.
This isn’t about being artistic or performing.
It’s about finding a different way to engage with your experience—so something can actually change.
My work is grounded in formal training in expressive arts as an intermodal clinical practice, not simply the use of art activities in session.
I’m not here to make you explain everything perfectly or stay in the same conversations indefinitely.
If you’re looking for a space to vent, this may not be the right fit.
If you’re ready to explore something different—even if it feels unfamiliar—you’re welcome to reach out.
