I am EMDR trained and have have also completed trainings from PDA USA. Imagine walking into therapy without the burden of having to perfectly explain what you need. Imagine working with someone who eases the pressure of knowing exactly what to say, who offers genuine understanding, and has the knowledge and intuition to guide you towards your goals. Most of my clients come to me after having a series of experiences in therapy that did not work for them. They are looking for someone they can relate to and feel safe expressing their true selves, and who recognizes that healing starts with truly being accepted and supported for who you are.
