My therapy practice is individualized and seeks to build on your internal strengths. I am here to meet you where you are and help guide you to your mental health goals.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) used for building emotion regulation skills. I have worked in a variety of settings with the bulk of my experience assisting individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol use, and legal issues.
