About
As of April 2026, I am accepting both couples and individuals for telehealth sessions! I have openings for late afternoons and evenings Sun-Wed.
I work with adults, couples, and individuals recognizing how they are impacted by past trauma. I believe that one of the biggest indicators of finding therapy helpful is a solid therapeutic alliance, which means feeling like I am the right fit for you to meet your goals. I adopt a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to meet you where you are. My goal is to make therapy feel like something you are invested in and not just another appointment on your calendar.
Some of the populations and topics I work well with are PTSD/C-PTSD, queer folx/LGBTQIA+, nuerodivergence, people living with chronic illness/chronic pain, health-care workers and other folx who are working high-stress jobs.
