Welcome, I'm Katie! I believe healing happens when we welcome the tender, messy, and hurting parts of us into the room. The stories within you deserve a safe space to land, where they will be honored and held with care. I see myself as a guide on the trail, with you all the way. There will be things I offer you along the way, but more importantly, we will create space for the wisdom already within you to grow. I work with individuals navigating many things including stress, overwhelm from life and transitions, memories from traumatic or lonely childhoods, as well as anxiety and perfectionism. I am a level 2 Internal Family Systems clinican and am passionate about bringing somatic, mindful, and embodied healing to my clients.
